The Moving Process

• Once contact has been made our moving consultant will visit your residence.
• We establish what your requirements are for your move and propose the best mode of packing and shipping to fit your time frame.
• You will be provided with a detailed quotation normally within 3 to 4 working days from our visit.
• Once our quotation is accepted we will agree on dates to start packing.
• During the actual packing we will number the packages, compile an inventory and then load into the relevant mode of Transport.
• You will be provided with an Estimated Time of Departure and Estimated Time of Arrival.
• On the delivery day your goods will be unloaded and checked off against the inventory, items positioned into rooms as instructed by you, unpacked and waste debris removed, as per the agreement made initially.
• Your move is now complete.
