The Thomas Smith Port Agency team is available on a 24 hour, seven day per week basis, and ready to be of service to our clients in the ports of Malta, Tunisia & Libya.
Container Vessels
- Thomas Smith is able to ensure its clients total coverage & supervision of ships from arrival to departure.
- All aspects of the cargo operation are closely monitored by our professional staff who are in constant contact with the terminal operators.
- Ships and crew requirements are efficiently attended to and effected timely
- Thomas Smith is able to generate substantial numbers of import / export containers for our principals operating at Malta Freeport and Valletta.
Cruise Vessels
We fully understand how important the following services are to the cruise line:-
- Ensuring early confirmation of safe berths
- Immediate berthing on arrival
- Immediate ship & passenger clearance
- Full time agent attendance throughout the ship’s stay in port
- Arrangement of pre-advised requirements and the ability to immediately respond to ad hoc requests
- Crew Handling – Repatriation, Hotel Accommodation, Visas, Transfers & Medical
